Agnes Mohlin (b. 1988, SE) is an artist who works with sculpture in stone and thinks about time and place through her work. In her art, she thematically explores a myriad of relationships where the world, society and the body are connected. She is currently working on a public commission for Gothenburg city where she assembles historical rocks from the city and carve detailed reliefs onto them, inspired by site specific happenings through the last few hundred years.

Mohlin recently participated in Velferden’s two-week workshop SANDSKOLEN (The Sand School).

Mohlin holds an MFA from Konstfack in Stockholm (2014) and lives and works in Gothenburg, Sweden. She has made several public artworks and exhibited in Sweden and abroad.
